This soap is made with ingredients that can get soft during the summer months during transit. In most cases you should be able to pop the products into the fridge and still be able to use them. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they go soft in transit. Remember also that placing them in warm area or direct sunlight may cause soap to get soft, so please keep them someplace cool.
Because our products are handcrafted, batches may vary slightly in color/appearance from those shown.
